Arcendium is a software platform that enables users to connect their own brokerage accounts to third-party trading strategies through portfolio allocation and risk management tools.

Arcendium is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fund manager, financial institution, and does not hold client funds or execute trades on behalf of users.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email, phone number, country, and login credentials.

Where required, verification information such as identity documentation, proof of address, and KYC-related information.

Financial/account metadata such as broker name, account type, balance, equity, open positions, historical trade data, and performance metrics.

Technical data such as IP address, device information, cookies, analytics, and log data.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide platform services, authenticate users, maintain account security, enable API connections, display performance analytics, improve functionality, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Broker Connections

API credentials are handled server-side and sensitive credentials are not exposed in the frontend UI.

Broker approval, KYC, execution rules, leverage, margin requirements, and jurisdiction eligibility are controlled by the broker.

Data Sharing and Retention

We may share data with hosting, database, security, analytics, payment, broker/integration, and legal service providers where necessary.

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

User Rights and Contact

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to processing.
