Nature of Service

Arcendium provides software infrastructure for account connection, strategy linking, portfolio allocation, performance visualization, and risk scaling.

Arcendium does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, portfolio management, fiduciary services, or brokerage services. Users retain full responsibility for trading decisions.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to trade in their jurisdiction, and able to comply with broker onboarding requirements.

All content is informational only and does not constitute investment advice, solicitation, recommendation, financial planning, or portfolio management.

Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

Trading Risk and User Responsibility

Trading leveraged products such as Forex, CFDs, futures, and commodities involves substantial risk and may result in loss of capital.

Users are responsible for broker selection, leverage choice, capital allocation, risk tolerance, account monitoring, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.

Broker Relationship

Any broker relationship exists exclusively between the user and the broker. Broker terms govern execution, spreads, margin, slippage, liquidation, and account closure.

Fees, Suspension and Liability

Platform fees are disclosed before activation and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Arcendium may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, compliance concerns, suspicious activity, or breach of terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcendium is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, slippage, execution delays, margin calls, liquidation events, indirect damages, or loss of profits.
